The Skytech Shadow 4, equipped with a Ryzen 7 5700X and RTX 5060, is listed at Newegg for $1,200, compared with a stated $1,500 price. The desktop includes 16GB of DDR4 memory, a 1TB Gen4 NVMe SSD, Windows 11 Home and a one-year standard warranty; availability and the duration of the price are not specified.

Skytech Gaming’s Shadow 4, a prebuilt desktop with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 and AMD Ryzen 7 5700X, is listed at Newegg for $1,200, down from a stated $1,500. The offer gives shoppers a ready-to-use gaming PC with Windows 11 Home, but the deal’s end date and stock status have not been specified.

The system pairs the eight-core, 16-thread Ryzen 7 5700X with an RTX 5060 graphics card. Skytech’s listed configuration also includes 16GB of DDR4 RAM and a 1TB NVMe Gen4 SSD. Those parts provide a general picture of the desktop’s hardware, but the listing information provided does not specify memory speed, SSD model, or detailed performance figures for particular games.

The Shadow 4 is described as a black, dual-chamber case with tempered-glass panels and RGB lighting. It has a 650W Gold power supply, four fans and Windows 11 Home pre-installed. Skytech lists a one-year standard warranty covering parts, labor and shipping, plus lifetime technical support. The company also offers a refundable protection program for parts and labor; its price and terms are not detailed here.

The advertised price represents a $300 reduction from the stated $1,500 price, or 20% off that listed figure. That comparison is based on the regular price supplied with the deal, not an independently verified price history. The offer is for the complete prebuilt PC rather than separate components, so buyers can avoid sourcing and assembling the parts themselves.

A $1,200 Ready-to-Use Gaming Desktop

The deal may interest shoppers who want a complete desktop with a current-generation graphics card without building a PC from individual parts. Buying a prebuilt can reduce the work of checking component compatibility, assembling hardware and installing an operating system. The listed Windows installation and included support may also matter to first-time desktop buyers.

The advertised discount makes the price easier to assess, but it does not establish that this is the lowest price the system has reached or that it offers better value than other PCs. Shoppers should compare the full configuration and warranty against other systems at similar prices. In particular, the 16GB of DDR4 memory and the absence of detailed component model information may affect comparisons with differently configured desktops.

Performance depends on the game, resolution and graphics settings. The hardware specifications alone do not confirm a particular frame rate, and the listing does not provide benchmark results. Buyers looking at demanding games or higher resolutions should seek performance tests for this exact configuration rather than assume the processor and graphics card will meet a particular target.

What the Shadow 4 Includes

Prebuilt desktops combine selected components into a system that is sold assembled, generally with an operating system already installed. The Skytech Shadow 4 follows that model: its listed core components are the Ryzen 7 5700X CPU, RTX 5060 GPU, 16GB of DDR4 memory and 1TB SSD. This is enough to identify the main parts of the offer, though not every component is specified by exact make or model.

The processor is based on AMD’s Zen 3 architecture, with a 3.4GHz base clock, boost clock up to 4.6GHz and 32MB of L3 cache, according to the listed specifications. The RTX 5060 supports features including ray tracing, DLSS 4.5 and Reflex 2, as described in the deal information. Feature support does not guarantee a particular result in every game; implementation and performance vary by title and settings.

The deal was reported by XDA Developers on October 20, 2026. Its stated $1,200 sale price and $1,500 comparison price reflect the reported listing at that time. The available information does not include a checkout screenshot, price-history data or a stated promotion period.

Sale Duration and Parts Details

The listing information does not say when the $1,200 price expires or whether Newegg has remaining stock. Prices and availability can change, so shoppers should confirm the amount at checkout before ordering. The stated $1,500 regular price is also not accompanied by historical pricing information.

Some configuration details remain unspecified, including the exact brands and models of the memory, SSD, motherboard and cooler. The deal description gives no independent benchmarks, game-by-game results or measured temperatures. It also does not outline the refundable protection program’s cost, coverage limits, exclusions or refund process. Those details should be checked with the retailer or manufacturer before purchase.

Check the Live Newegg Listing

Shoppers interested in the desktop should check Newegg’s live product page for the current price, stock, shipping costs and any checkout conditions. They can also review the full component list and compare the warranty and protection-plan terms before placing an order. No sale end date or further price change has been announced in the reported details, so whether the offer will continue is unknown.
